Tribute to General San Martín on the 201st anniversary of being granted the Freedom of the Royal Burgh of Banff

For 17 days in 1824 San Martín visited his friend James Earl Fife. During that stay, specifically on 19 August, the town of Banff granted him the freedom of the Burgh.
