Lally Gatica Mulhall de Barr is a Certified Public Accountant (UBA) and a graduate of St. Andrew's Scots School. She was General Manager of the St. George's Endowment Fund (St. George's College and St. George's College North) from 2002 to 2018, and previously Director of Admissions and Advancement at St. George's College. She currently works as an educational consultant. Within the community, Lally Barr holds prominent roles, such as Trustee and member of the Oversight Body of the British Hospital, Treasurer of the St. George's Educational Foundation, and member of the Board of Directors of the Ranelagh Golf Club.
Freddie Bollero is an Agricultural Engineer and, as such, in 1985 /86 formed part of the Argentine delegation for the improvement of the entrance of Humanitarian Aid to the Republic of Haiti, part of the White Helmets initiative, United Nations. Freddie is a member of St Bartholomew's Anglican Church and sits on the board of the Protestant Cemetery in Rosario. He is also very active in the ABCC Rosario.
Pamela Dickin was an English language teacher for many years. However, she is most well known for her strong links to the Scottish community. She is descended from the immigrants who arrived on the Symmetry in 1825 and currently chairs the St Andrew's Society of the River Plate. She graduated as an Examiner Highland Branch at the United Kingdom Alliance of Professional Teachers of Dancing, Edinburgh. For many years she coached children for the Song, Dance and Verse competitions organised by the St Andrew's Society in Buenos Aires and currently teaches Scottish Country Dancing to descendants of Scottish immigrants in Chascomús. As a member of St Andrew's Society, Pamela has always been very helpful organising the Cakes' stand at ABCC fairs in Buenos Aires.
Robert Fraser studied Civil Engineering (UBA) and is a former pupil of St George's and St Andrew's. He studied Personal Finance at the UTDT and completed the International Qualifying Program (IQP, in-house MBA) at Schenker AG, Germany. Between 1990 and 2007, he worked at Schenker Argentina S.A. (DB Schenker AG), where he was Operations Manager, Ocean Freight Manager and Sales Manager. Since 2008, he has independently managed a personal investment portfolio. He is an Elder and Music Director at St Andrew's Presbyterian Church; a Trustee of the Asociación Civil Educativa Escocesa San Andrés (ACEESA); and has served as auditor, treasurer, and alternate on the Board of Directors of the British Hospital. He is the author of the book "Los alpargateros escoceses" (Grupo Abierto Libros, 2025). He is married and has three children.
Ronnie MacGaul is a solicitor, lawyer, and mediator. He has extensive experience practicing law in civil and commercial matters, labor and family matters. His professional experience has spanned the banking sector (Banco Roberts, HSBC) and, since 2010, he has worked in the judiciary of the province of Buenos Aires and in the Almirante Brown Tribunal de Faltas. He is an active member of ABCC Southern Suburbs, married with two children. He is also a full member of the Santa Catalina Protestant Cemetery Management Committee in L. de Zamora.
Ralph Kirby has been a very active member of the community in organisations such as the Old Georgian Club, the Cultura Britanica in Quilmes, St George’s College and, most recently, as Chairman of the British Hospital. His wide experience has been key in helping us navigate some of the challenges we faced. As an alternate member of the Executive Committee, he very successfully worked on putting right the ABCC legacies.
Malcolm Piñero lives in Adrogué and is an Old Philomathian. He is also a graduate of the Universidad Argentina de la Empresa. He is a member of the Lomas Athletic Club, Club San Albano and the Lomas English Social Club. He forms part of the management committee fo the Santa Catalina Protestant Cemetery in Lomas de Zamora, known as Llavallol Cemetery, and an active member of the ABCC Southern Suburbs district.
Virginia Tuckey is a political consultant and political communications specialist, focusing on American and British politics. She holds a Master's degree in Political Communication and has held fellowships at the Leadership Institute in Washington, DC, and the International School of Fundraising in London. She has worked as a political campaign advisor, strategic consultant, and international policy analyst. She is consulted by international media outlets such as GB News and CNN, as well as national media, and is a columnist on international politics for Radio República. She is the president of Republicans Overseas in Argentina and the author of articles on international politics and strategic communication. She has supported Fundación Conin, Fundación Agrupar, and Junior Achievement Argentina.
Juan Wood has lived and worked in both Buenos Aires and Madrid. Ten years ago he moved back to Bariloche. He’s specialised in business models, online marketing, cost-reduction strategies and cloud platform adoption. Looking into the future and the growing importance of technology, Juan can make a great contribution to the ABCC and its online presence. Added to this, he is a beer homebrewing enthusiast. He was a full member of the ABCC Committee from 2019 to 2021 and an alternate member between 2023 and 2025. He currently is the District Representative for the ABCC Barilcohe.
